My name is Caroline Heywood (also known as CJ) and I’m a professional copywriter, based in Cardiff. I've tried my hand at a lot of different jobs in my time. My first degree was in Public Administration and taught me that I didn't want to be a civil servant. I then gained a Master's degree in Transport, along with the sure and certain knowledge that I didn't want to be a transport planner. I became something of a serial entrepreneur, setting up businesses in such diverse fields as web and database design and craft supplies retail.
The one thing that I have always been, is a writer. I'm a co-author of 'e-Procurement: managing successful e-procurement implementation' and I assisted in the development of several of the books authored by JB Heywood, including 'The Outsourcing Dilemma: The Search for Competitiveness', which has been sold around the world in numerous translations. Along the way, I've written for pleasure, for friends and even, during one strange but fun interlude, for a fantasy role-playing game. Whether your text needs to be formal or conversational, serious or playful, educational or entertaining, I can find the right words for you.

With that in mind…
